At Yorkshire Complaint, we streamline Small Claims with our experts submitting the claim on your behalf. We'll gather all of your evidence and present to the claim.
You'll receive the claim number once we've submitted the claim for you.
IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE
Additional Fees:
HM Courts & Tribunals Service charge a fee for each claim dependant on the sum claimed for.
These fees are not set by us and can be added to the claim. The initial payment of this fee is made by the claimant. Current UK fees are as follows:

Up to £300 | £35 |
£300.01 – £500 | £50 |
£500.01 – £1,000 | £70 |
£1,000.01 – £1,500 | £80 |
£1,500.01 – £3,000 | £115 |
£3,000.01 – £5,000 | £205 |
£5,000.01 – £10,000 | £455 |
£10,000+ | 5% of claim value (capped at £10,000) |
We will invoice you for the amount owed and will only submit the claim once the fee has cleared our account.
