Fees for our services are displayed clearly on our website and are payable in GBP. Payments must be made in full before document drafting commences. Professional fees are non-refundable once the drafting process has begun, subject to your statutory rights under UK Consumer Contract Regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yorkshire Complaint Experts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or failure to win a court claim. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
